Glycol cooling is ideal for long-draw commercial draft beer systems. This advanced setup includes a Skyline Beer Dispenser and a glycol chiller, where a food-grade propylene glycol and water mixture efficiently maintains the perfect serving temperature right up to the faucet.
To enhance cooling efficiency, glycol-cooled draft beer towers use foam-sealed beer lines, minimizing heat exchange and ensuring every pour is crisp and refreshing.
