### 1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern all sales made by **Krome Dispense Pvt. Ltd.** to
customers in **India and international markets.**

By placing an order, the purchaser agrees to these Terms & Conditions in full.

 * Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, customs charges, and local 
   levies unless stated otherwise.
 * Indian customers are subject to applicable **GST**.
 * International customers are responsible for import duties, customs clearance,
   and local taxes in their country.

### 4. Orders & Payment

 * Orders are confirmed only after payment is received and acknowledged.
 * Payment terms may vary based on order size, customization, or customer history.
 * We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

### 5. Shipping & Delivery

 * Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on product availability and
   destination.
 * Orders may ship from **India** or other designated warehouses.
 * Risk of loss passes to the purchaser once the shipment leaves our facility.
 * Delays caused by customs clearance, carrier issues, or force majeure events are
   not our responsibility.

### 6. Product Availability & Lead Time

 * Some items may be temporarily out of stock.
 * In such cases, customers will be informed of the **estimated lead time**.
 * Shipments may be fulfilled from India for international delivery when required.

### 7. Returns & RMA Policy

 * A **Return Material Authorization (RMA)** is mandatory for all returns.
 * Customers must notify us within **7 days** of receipt for:
    - Shipping errors
    - Incorrect items
    - Damaged or defective products
 * Approved returns must be shipped within **20 days** from the date of receipt.

#### Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

 * Unused and uninstalled
 * In original condition
 * In original packaging
 * Complete with all accessories

#### Shipping Responsibility

 * Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is 
   due to our error.
 * Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
 * We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

### 8. Refunds, Replacements & Credits

 * Refunds, replacements, or credits are issued only after inspection of returned
   items.
 * The resolution depends on item condition and reason for return.
 * Refunds are limited to the product value only.

### 9. Non-Returnable Items

 * Custom-made or manufactured-to-order items are **non-returnable**.
 * Exceptions apply only if the error was caused by Krome Dispense Pvt. Ltd.

### 10. Warranty

 * Products carry a limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
 * Warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, wear and tear, or unauthorized
   modifications.
 * Warranty claims require proof of purchase.

### 11. Product Use & Safety

 * Products must be installed and used according to recommended guidelines.
 * Beverage dispensing components are designed for intended use only.
 * The seller is not responsible for damages caused by improper use or installation.

 * Liability is limited to the value of the product supplied.
 * We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including
   loss of profit or business interruption.

### 13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including
natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or government actions.

### 14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of **India**.
Any disputes shall
be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in **Punjab, India**.
